Join us for a welcome reception Friday night 7pm, then classes all day starting at 9 AM Saturday and Sunday with scale workout with Todd and end each day with teacher/student jam sessions with rhythm section from 7-9pm.
We chose this beautiful 3 star, Vegas style hotel in Henderson, Nevada which just minutes from the famous Vegas strip, golf courses and 7 miles from McCarran International Airport. This luxury hotel houses 457 rooms, 7 restaurants, 7 quick food shops, huge sparkling pool, 13 screen movie theater, 72 lane bowling alley, Kid Quest Activity center and the Galleria Mall is just across the street.
Rooms and meals are not included. Book your rooms at the Sunset Station by September 1 and you can receive special room rate of $80.60 Friday and Saturday night and $40.00 Sunday night which includes all the extra fees and taxes. At the workshop we use actual tunes as a vehicle to illustrate jazz concepts that can be carried over to other tunes. Become familiar with the tunes, you will have the opportunity to perform them with a rhythm section during the teacher/student jams You will receive charts for the tunes when you sign up.

10-12 - Guitar or bass song class (Sat-*Bluesette: Sun- *Rhythm Changes)
Noon - Lunch**
2-4pm - Guitar or bass song class (Sat-Watch What Happens: Sun-Summertime)
4pm -Wild Card Class
5pm- Dinner**
7pm- Teacher/Student Jam
