Let us know what you think of our new 99 Cent Download Value Menu. Should we keep it? What would you like to see on it? Etc.

Hi Rich. I just payed for the 4 lessons but I can't find a place on your site on how to download them.

Rich,
I tried to download the four special blues files from the transaction completed page when I paid and it would not go anywhere. So I came to your site and looked for an area where I could subsequently re-download the order and could not find one.
Can you help me?

Getting the download from this cart is different from most others because it gives you the links at the end of your shopping instead of emailing them to you on a confirmation email. Most customers miss the link at the end of the sale, they don't even look for it because they are anticipating an email containing the links. Another quirk is sometimes the link does not work immediately, it won't work until your payment is processed and confirmed to the cart which may take several minutes or sometimes even up to an hour. We recommend that you save the link address or bookmark it right away because once it's been clicked to download it may disappear. Sorry for the inconvenvenience. I have requested changes in this download process from this webhost and they assure me they are working on it, so we'll see what improvements they can offer soon. Just email me rich@guitarcollege.com if you have problems so I can address the individual situation and get you an answer.

To make this easier in the future and save some confusion, I have posted the download process instructions on each of the download catalog pages in red. I know we'll still encounter some problems but maybe this will help alleviate most of them.

I think the .99 are a GREAT idea!
I have always thought your presentation style
is very easy to follow.I did manage to successfully d/l 2 of the lessons,
but then the only page that remained on screen was
a link to let me d/l a lesson I had already downloaded?
But once the glitches are worked out, this will be a great
method of quickly and easily purchasing great jazz instruction. thanks Rob Steinhardt

We've found the problem that many of you were having with the download and have fixed it. Still if any of you have problems email me and I will directly send you the links.
