Greeting fellow pickers,
This is my first post to this site so if I abuse length or content it is unintentional, please forgive me.
After 60 years of playing I now find my left wrist has deteriorated to the painful point of I just can’t do it any more. So, I dug out my second guitar, an Magnatone Hawaiian Steel my dad bought me in 1954, an upgrade to an acoustical laptop rental, and find that running the slide is still available to me, though the instrument is somewhat limited. I have therefore decided to have a go at a pedal steel. I think this may satisfy my goal of accompanying praise songs in church on Sundays, and that will be enough for me.
If anyone has such an instrument they wish to sell, or trade, please let me know. I offer up the following:

1 – Complete set of Rich’s instructional CD’s / books (yep, all of them)
2 – Hofner Thin President purchased from Rich some years back, serial #E12134
3 – Martin D-28, serial #605097
4 – Yamaha GC-6D circa 1973, handmade classical, serial #2975
5 – Yamaha GC-3D circa 1974, hand made classical, serial #D5560
6 – Gibson Les Paul Custom 1968 reissue, tri-color body, serial #022808
7 – Ibanez Artcore model AS73-BS-12-01, serial #S02060830

Blessings,
Dennis

Hi Dennis,
Wow, that's quite a collection. I wish I had a pedal steel to trade you. I do play a little lap steel, but mine isn't worth trading for your nice equipment. Best wishes, I'm sure you'll find a nice pedal steel for just a little of the equipment that you have. Your desire to worship the Lord on your instrument is wonderful. Blessings to you and keep up your musical journey.
