*B stock guitars sometimes are just  prototypes or discontinued models or colors.  Sometimes they're guitars with minor finish blemishes or slight binding shrinkage.  All are structurally sound with great playability and the blemishes are typically unnoticeable unless scrutinized. They are generally priced at 40% to 50% off the list price.
