Here's you chance to own a jazz guitar icon. This 1978 Gibson ES175D has that beautiful dark vintage Gibson sound that everyone loves. This year sports a 3 piece maple neck instead of the one piece mahogany. It has very minimum wear and dings considering it 46 years old. The guitar came from a California coastal city so it did have oxidized chrome piece but they buffed out nicely. I think the guitar spent the last 20 years on a guitar stand in the home but the case was stored in the garage, hence the rusted latches but lets face it you don't play the case. I've got it setup with my custom string set and I've raised the pickup ring off the top to make it more vibrant as well as reversed the neck pickup ring so the highest point is closest to the neck. The action is low, it plays like butter. The neck is straight and the truss rod works fine. The neck profile is perfect not too fat and not too thin. Rosewood fretboard, laminate maple body.
